I have had lots of great seafood, but the BEST I have had EVER is the BBQ Shrimp at Mr. B’s Bistro in New Orleans. They made me wear a bib to eat this deliciousness, and I’m glad I did! The sauce on these huge gulf shrimp was so tasty, I was actually licking my fingers when we were done.

My all time favorite seafood dish is clams. Deep fried or sauteed in wine, garlic, & lemon – whatever, just clams 😀
My husband makes a great trout! But we could eat any type of seafood and be happy, as long as it’s prepared right.
