This Christmas my son and his wife gave me some silicon type sheets that can be set on any countertop and used as a cutting board. These sheets can then be folded if necessary to drop food into any dish. This is my new favorite tool because I can cut or chop on any surface in the kitchen!

My kitchenaid mixer wins hands down! I love it, love it, LOVE it!
It’s got to be my wooden spoon. So simple but I use it for almost everything just like my mom! 🙂
My fave tool (besides a good chef’s knife, obviously) is my stand mixer. I bake tons and would be lost without it! (And my fave little gadget is my excellent OXO veggie peeler.)

My favorite kitchen gadget is a large 8″ round oven spatula. It is great for flipping omeletes, getting pizza in and out of the oven, and handling delicate cake layers.
