I am in love with my isi cream whipper, we use it to top hot chocolate in the winter and frozen hot chocolates in the summer.
Just one?? So hard, I have so many favorites. Ok, I would have to go with my wonderful food processor. Love that thing, it does so much!

My knives. Nothing fancy, but sharp! I am reminded of how much I love them every time I go to my mom’s where the knives couldn’t cut mustard (as the saying goes).
My favorite kitchen “tool” would have to be aluminum foil. I use foil for everything in and out of the kitchen. For example, on the grill, protecting a pie crust from burning, keeping leftovers and it even makes a great dish scrubber by crumbling it up into a ball.

This is going to sound crazy but I recently got this egg-cracker as a gift and it may or may not have changed my life. (I’m only slightly joking here.) You put the egg between the two little sides, press down on the little clamp, and the egg breaks perfectly into a bowl with no shells and no messy hands. Hello most perfect kitchen tool ever…
