My favorite kitchen gadget is my santoku knife, I reach for that knife just about every day.
It’s hard to choose just one, but I’d have to say I use my food processor the most.

My tool I can’t live without is my santoku knife.
My favorite wooden spoon. It’s shorter than normal, the bowl of the spoon is almost flat and it’s great for scraping up those bits from the pan when making sauces. I like the shortness because I can get better leverage. Just love it. Had it for years.
2nd – almost a tie – my 9″ Pyrex glass pie plate. I have had it since the 1970s. I use it mostly for making French toast and for dipping things in flour. It’s just deep enough but still has the flatness of a plate. It’s also a great pie pan.

Favourite kitchen tool of all time: immersion blender. Why fuss with transferring hot liquid from a hot pot to a blender and back (ouch!) when I could just puree soups and such right IN the pot?! Genius, I tell you.

I would have to say a sharp kitchen knife! It just makes everything so much easier.
