I can not live with out my kitchen aid stand mixer! I LOVE that thing!
Do I have to pick just one? I’d narrow it down to Kitchen Aid stand mixer, immersion blender, and a knife sharpener.
If I had to pick just one, I guess it would be the stand mixer.
I’d say I couldn’t live without my silicone spatulas or stacking mixing bowls. My microplane graters are high up on the list too though…

My KitchenAid Mixer!
I have a gadget from the Pampered Chef that they don’t sell anymore — it’s shaped like a spatula with 4 “blades” — it’s nylon — you use it to break up ground beef or sausage as you’re browning. It’s so handy — can also use it to stir soups, etc. I guess if I love it that much and they don’t sell it anymore, I’d better take good care of mine! 😉
I love, love the pastry scraper for scooping up almost anything.
