Definitely a baking sheet/bar pan I have. Use it several times a day and usually need 2 (which I don’t have right now) with our large family.

I use my cookie sheet covered in a silpat mat almost every single day. Whether it be to bake cookies or empanadas, or to make chocolate bark! 🙂

What piece of bakeware do you use most often in your kitchen = my 9 x 13 pan. I am baking or unbaking in it, nonstop!
Definitely my rimmed cookie sheet–we use it for so many things besides cookies: transporting things from the grill to the kitchen, making fudge, etc.
