I use my jelly roll pan the most. It’s great for covering with foil and cooking anything from salmon, to chicken breasts to broiled tomatoes.
Definitely use my 9×13 most of the time… all the time!!

I use my jelly roll pan the most, but I really need some nice round cake pans. I baked cake layers last night, and they were hard to get out of the pans even after greasing and flouring the pans!
