    I’m debating between my cookie sheet and my chicago metallic muffin pan. (LOVE their products!)

    It’s a toss up between a muffin pan (for cupcakes) or my 9in cake pan-either way I still get cake!

    The bakeware I use most often is my heart-shaped cake pan! I make brownies, cornbread, crisps, cakes, everything in it. It just makes you happy to eat out of it.

    My scoop. For…salmon cakes, muffins, pretty rice presentation, potato salad presentation. The possibilities are endless. But I use my cookie sheet equally as often for oven everything.

    I would use the cake pan to further myself in starting my cake & pastry business w/ the jelly pan being used to make succulent peanut butter chocolate bars & many more things! Chicago Metallic in the baking world is consider one of the highest used & worthy brand to use!! I can’t wait until I can own pieces of Chicago Metallic!

    Meatloaf pan–for meatloaves as well as breads and sometime as a mold. What I’m desperately looking for is a large size muffin pan; tons of regular-sized ones but no large ones.

    P.S. I love, love, love your blog. I think I gain a pound each time I read it!
