My favorite item to use is my silicone baking sheets. Cookies come out perfect. Not to mention that I can make peanut brittle and candy with the utmost ease.
I would say that I use baking sheets the most. Pizza once a week and cookies for a treat 🙂

My favorite piece of equipment is (are) cookie scoops. I make cookies several times a week and have scoops in several sizes

Definitely my beat up cookie sheets and my baking/casserole dish. I used to have everything I needed, but we recently moved and my son adopted all of my cake pans, measuring spoons, measuring cups and muffin tins. 🙁
