    I use a jelly roll pan lined with a Silpat liner the most. I use it for cookies, biscuits, chicken breasts and a lot more.

    I use the sheet pans the most, for baking cookies, chicken, and salmon (not all at once though:))

    It’s a toss up between the measuring cups and the cookie sheet. I use both about everyday and they are certainly showing the wear and tear!

    I use my sheet pans and silpats ALL the time! I also get a lot of use out of my La Cloche clay baking vessel.

    Okay… The most used piece of bakeware I own is my cookie sheet. It is so versatile: from cookies to roasting vegetables to a pizza crust (focaccia style) to salmon en papillote, etc. I can never have too many cookie sheets. I am fortunate to have a double oven with a convection setting that allows me to cook 6 cookie sheets at a time! This really comes in handy for all the baking I do for my kids’ schools and volunteer activities. I have made quite a few of your recipes on my baking sheets! I can always use more bakeware because I just love to bake! =)
