Um I sharpen my knives MAYBE once a month? Terrible, I know. This sharpener could definitely be put to good use around here!
Oh, my poor knives! My dad lived with us for 10 years. He faithfully sharpened my knives with oil and a whet stone. I was able to cut anything with these knives.
My dad died nine years ago, and I just can’t get the hang of using a whet stone! They haven’t been really sharpened since 2001!
