I *try* to cook every day, but even on non-cooking days, it seems I still find a way to at least employ a sharp paring knife!
I have cheap knives–I know sad. So I have to sharpen them on that stick thing (don’t know what to call it) pretty much every time I use them.
I sharpen my knives 3 times a week or more. I do it almost every time I use them. Of course, they are not the best knives, and I use the sharpener on the back of my can opener…probably explains why I have to sharpen them so often.
