My daughter’s is fajitas. I love ribs on the grill.
I use her beef, too. Love it for stroganoff in the winter time or use the ground beef for meatballs and meatloaf.
My aunt’s chili with beef in it
Marguerita Slop-Mom (Marguerite) always made it when my future husband came over to her house for dinner.
My favorite beef dish is cabbage pockets, or hamburger rolls. Same thing, just depends on who you’re talking to.
