I am a real Beef Lover and I stand my ground! I also love Lauras. A favorite beef recipe is difficult for me to chose as I love so many. I will say that a beautiful Steak is definately a top choice as well as a meltingly fork tender Roast Beef or Pot Roast. I am also a fan of Oxtails, and was even before they came into vogue!
