I was just thinking about soups last night! I lvoe me some homemade clam chowder, baked potato soup, corn chowder….

Yummm, soup! I can’t really choose just one favorite, I have a couple. First choice is my mom’s clam chowder (she makes it the best!) but if I can’t have that then potato broccoli and cheese is just as good. I can’t wait for some colder soup weather!

I love tomato based tortellini soup with sausage, spinach and topped with fresh parmesan cheese. YUM.
My all time favorite soups are spinach lentil and red lentil, with a side a pita. I love simple soups that are bursting with flavor.
I love soup. Hmmm . . . a favorite . . . Chicken Wild Rice and/or my husbands spinach potato soup.
My favorite fall soup is one my mother in law threw together when we lived with her. It was basically just a delicious hearty vegetable soup and she threw in some little alphabet pasta and some barley. No meat and very healthy and filling. Yum!
I love roasted red pepper tomato soup. YUM!
My all time favorite is the Tomato Basil with Orzo from Zupas. I really really wish I had a recipe for it! Does anyone have one that is comparable???
My favorite soup is Sausage Lentil Soup…like the one served at Carrabba’s. I love all the delicious Italian spices. So yummy!
My favorite soup is Sausage and Lentil soup. My Dad used to make it when I was a kid. The smell alone brings back wonderful childhood memories of cooking with him in the kitchen!

i am with you on soup season. my most favorite thing about fall. i love chili in the cold. what i love most about having chili is cornread. what i love most about having chili and cornbread is the honey butter!
I love broccoli cheddar soup, but never make it, I love taco soup, with lots of chunky everything.

Hmmmm, what to choose, hope you get through all these!! That is some serious commenting. Anywho, I have a recipe for Chicken Noodle that I also use for my Chicken and Dumplings, and Chicken pot pie, so I think that would be my fave, mostly because it is so yummy, but also because it is extremely versatile. Throw in some thick home made noodles and there ya go!!

I would have to say your White and Black Bean Ranchero Chicken Chili with Cilantro Crema. I know you call it chili, but it has become the favorite family soup for us. I also love chicken tortilla! Thanks for all the wonderful resources.
