I love soup!! I make a big pot of some kind of soup once a week along with a loaf of homemade bread for dinner and then we enjoy the leftovers for lunches. Sometimes leftovers will make it to the freezer for another dinner. I have many many favorites: butternut squash and apple, chicken noodle, baked potato, mexican steak soup, chicken with wild rice and veggies, beef vegetable soup, chicken tortilla and the list goes on….

I love to eat chicken tortilla soup, but I have never made it. I am pretty much a novice in the kitchen. My other favorite soup is cabbage soup. Believe it or not the recipe that my sister and I love is an old one from Weight Watchers. It is nice and spicy which we both like.

I love my grandma’s homemade chicken noodle soup. It took me a long time to replicate it. Every time I eat it I am taken back to her kitchen.

  17. Marie

I guess I am pretty boring ( or maybe “classic” is a better word) but for me, there is nothing better than sitting down with a big bowl of chicken noodle soup!

What a cool giveaway Jenny! Would it be a surprise if I told you my favourite soup is a caramel chilled one? I’m alo partial to white chocolate soup. Savory speaking I like chicken soup with nodlles and red beans soup. 🙂

“favorite”?? that’s too hard! But I love Butternut, Chicken Tortilla, and the Tomato soup at Paradise Bakery. Why do you think it’s so good?? (maybe they add cream?) THANKS for an amazing blog- you have a gift!!

There is a lot of comments for you to go through here. =)

My favorite soup is Tomato Basil. It goes so good with crackers or even a sandwich. I normally love it with a side of strawberries and honeydew melon. =) STrange I know but it's very tastey. Right balance of Warm & Flavourful and Sweet & Freshing.

Can't wait to see what soups you pick. =)

OMG just one soup!?! I cannot choose a favorite. But my utmost top 3 are broccoli cheese, chicken tortilla, and taco soup! MMMMmmm I just love this time a year and the foods that make it all warm and fuzzy. 🙂

I think I might have to do with a chicken tortilla soup, or some other delicious soup with lots of meat and a really good broth…for lack of a great explanation!
