I love making Mediterranean chicken! Fire roasted tomatoes with garlic, artichoke hearts and chicken. It’s delicious!

I love to cook a whole chicken and then when it’s gone I add the carcass back in with carrots, onion, celery and maybe some garlic with water to make stock.
Stuffed cabbage! One of my favorite German dishes made way easier. 🙂
