I would love to bake some sort of cake!(: Possibly something that’s springy, since the weather outside has been so nice recently!

I have always wanted to make homemade bread, but have never had the time or gadgets and if I won that is the forst thing I’d make and I’d make a bunch to share with others!

*NOTE: First, in my entries for liking two of the three on facebook, I had already liked them before but when typing my name above into Rafflecopter, I typed my first name wrong by adding an extra ‘i’ at the end. Not sure it will matter but wanted to mention.

The very first thing I would make is a huge batch of Dishpan Cookies from Southern Plate (link below if you want to make them). These cookies are SO good and extremely addicting! I’ve been craving them but I add more stuff like chocolate chips and sometimes a bit of peanut butter too. These are SO good but as I double the recipe it’s very hard to stir since I’ve had 5 hand surgeries in the past two years so stirring is not easy by hand as I’ve lost strength. My Kitchen Aid died two years ago too so I would LOVE to win a new one since I still haven’t been able to afford a new one.

A double batch of chocolate chip cookies would be the first thing I’d make for my grandkids with this mixer.

I want to make two fabulous layer cakes for my two 16yr old’s birthday party! Other mixer moters just don’t last making a stiff buttercream more than once (sometimes not even once)! So desperately want one! I have been trying to save a little here and there to buy an Artisan Kitchenaid. Would <3 it! It's at the top of my personal wish list which of course always falls below the wish lists of all my kids. LOL

I’m going to make Everything Cookies – the receipe is from my dearly missed mother-in-law who died last year at age 102 – she was amazing as is her cookies!!
