Given that this KitchenAid comes with a dough hook, I’d probably start with a homemade [whole wheat] pizza dough — so that I can make Two Peas’ delicious sweet potato & kale pizza!
Probably a few loaves of english muffin bread since I have an excess of whey hanging around.
