Wow! My husband could really do some iron chefing with that baby! My husband took over the cooking after he became unable to work. His late father was a chef and he loves to cook just like him. It was how they bonded and spent time together when he was young and his dad was alive.
I think we just might have to draw straws over who gets to cook if we win the oven range.
Best of luck to all the other contestants.
    Thanks for the opportunity Picky-palate!

I think I would bake a cake to celebrate not only getting a new oven, but moving into our new house!

  3. AmandaP

I would bake either my mom’s cheesy bean enchiladas or some delicious apple caramel cookies. Either way it would be nice to have an oven that maintains its temperature!

  4. Jenny

I’m certain that I would cook a full Thanksgiving meal… even in July. The opportunity to put every side dish in at once and have the turkey going at the same time would be glorious! Every year as the holidays come I wish for one of these bad boys.

  5. Megan

That oven is worthy of something special for it’s inaugural run – a roasted chicken with all of the fixings!

  6. Ivy

Oh my gosh!!! It’s kismet! I need a new oven- mine is kaput! Gosh, what would I make? (What wouldn’t I make?!) I think the first thing would be some yummy banana bread- the smell wafts all over the house and not only do you get to eat it…you get to smell it! It’s a whole body experience! Keeping my fingers crossed!!! LG- you rock!

  7. Lia

I’d make bread, then make some more. I haven’t been able to bake anything decent for a while since my current oven can’t regulate temperates!

If I were to win that beautiful oven (insert dreamy sigh, the first thing I’d probably bake is chicken parmesegiana in one and the french bread in the other oven so that I could have fresh warm bread at the same time as my favorite dish. yum!

  11. Lindsay

I’d definitely have to cook and bake something at the same time just because I can! Maybe some enchiladas and cookies!!!

  12. Melanie

I would bake a creamy, delicious cheesecake! Then I would roast a turkey since I haven’t been able to do that in our new home due to the fact that my husband (then boyfriend) bought our house without realizing it didn’t have an oven! 🙂

  13. Carol H

First use: top oven cookies for my sweet 5 year old Granddaughter, in the lower oven her, her favorite dinner – Macaroni and cheese. Another great product from LG!

  14. Taylor E

Wow! If I won this oven, the first thing I would bake in it would be cupcakes! Then cookies and other sweets allllll day! Then my mom would take over and bake anything she could because she would finally have an oven that she could set the right temperature and time on! She would love that! More home-cooked meals for me until I go back to college!

  15. Debbie

I would have to make my two favorite things in the entire world, Focaccia and squash casserole, and I’m ready.

  16. Gayle DuBois

Will make a very wonderful new desert recipe for my parents and family and have everyone over for desert and to see my beautiful oven!!

  21. Amber

Oh my gosh, thats a lot of cooking and baking to be done with that stove! I’d love to bake a batch of peanut butter chocolate cupcakes while I cook a vegetable lasagna for dinner! This oven would be such a time saver. Thanks!

I’m cooking on borrowed time. A new DOUBLE oven would be fabulous. I’d test it out with a pan of chocolate chip cookies followed by lasagne!
