    Oh MY GOODNESS!! What would I NOT cook!!! I would make broiled fish or baked chicken cordon bleu, maybe roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and pine nuts…. pan seared tuna with a sweet Asian inspired sauce! Creamed spinach and flank steak….Maybe some gumbo, or fresh homemade French bread with roasted garlic dipping sauce. And for my sweet tooth a blueberry pie with a hint of lemon, chocolate lava cakes with warm vanilla sauce, creme brûlée with fresh berries….I’m pretty sure I would be cooking/baking non-stop for weeks!!!!!

    the first thing I would cook in this beautiful oven would be, well, two things, since it’s a double oven!! a whole organic chicken with fresh rosemary and thyme from my garden in one oven, and my herbs de provence & smoked gouda Irish soda bread in the other oven. one hour later, a simple but decadent meal 🙂
