Decisions, Decisions 🙂 Best of luck!!

Welcome to my online kitchen! Picky Palate is where you’ll find family friendly recipes along with the best Disney eats, tips and copycat recipes!
I would probably end up baking chocolate chip cookies, although with a new oven, I might be inspired to bake something more elaborate!
This would be so awesome to have, as mine is so old. The first thing I would bake (love to bake!) would be a 3 tier chocolate cake, with butter cream icing and fondant decorations. Probably will go crazy after that.
I would ask my mom to come over and cook one of her delicious pot roasts!
I would choose to make somthing that needs to COOK while something else needed to just WARM!!!! How exciting!
I also have to say that I currently have a flat cooktop and the BEST cleaning product to get anything hard to remove off has been equal parts kosher salt and baking soda made into a paste with some water. Scrub it on and wipe it off. It’s been great. 🙂
I would make some good old comfort food like pot roast and mac and cheese.
Woohoo… a double oven.. how awesome! Well, since it is a double oven I would make a double batch of the most fabulous cheesecake (it has a cinnamon graham cracker crust) and I would make a succulant oven fried chicken. Oh.. YUM. There is no better way to knock out dinner and dessert than with a double oven, right?
I would make Gooey Cookies and Cream Double Chocolate Cake Bars!! My husband is dying for me to make them ever since I forwarded the original post this week!! Amen!
I just recently learned how to make bread that doesn’t turn out like a brick and am a little obsessed now:) There’s a pretty good chance that’s what I’d be making!
I would bake a chicken pot pie in the oven.
How fun! I’d roast a chicken!
I was just commenting at a friends house how much I would LOVE to have a double oven (she had one and I was jealous hahahaha)! The first thing I would bake would be my friends recipe for Cherry Limeade Cupcakes. I’ve never made them before, but have been saving the recipe for a special occassion. Winning this oven would certainly be that occassion!
Wow, what a great giveaway! I’d cook homemade pizza and blueberry pie!
Cookies, of course!
The first thing I would cook in my new double oven would be lasagna and homemade french bread! I would be able to bake both at the same time and my house would smell AMAZING!!!
I would make a dinner of all our favorites – meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli with a beautiful, yummy cake for dinner! Thanks for the chance to win!
The first thing I would bake is my famous butterscotch pecan pie. It is the best pecan pie on the planet!
If I won I know I would bake away! I love making new cookies and other yummy desserts but I would also make some family favorite dinners as well! I use my oven ALL the time so a new one would really be fun!
I’d make a new recipe from my recipe binder…probably something sweet so I could smell up the entire house! Great giveaway 🙂
The first thing I would make would be cupcakes!
I would make a chocolate sheet cake and some homemade bread…since I would be able to cook them at the same time:):)
I would actually gift this to my Mom, whose oven is quickly dying, but would insist that she make me a cheesecake, hehe!
Wow, this is amazing!! I would make my grandmother’s apple pie or my mom’s Hawaiian sweet bread pudding, something sweet and comforting to break in that beautiful oven 🙂
Mmm I think the first thing I’d cook is a nice warm batch of snikcerdoodles and a batch of cookies and cream cookies 🙂
I would make a couple LARGE trays of lasagna, and have a bunch of friends over!
Baked ham, macaroni and cheese, green beans and parker house rolls! Chocolate peanut butter cupcakes for dessert!
**crosses fingers**
A whole Thanksgiving dinner turkey, dressing the works. It is so cool I have always wanted a double oven.
I would bake bread in teh top half and dessert in teh bottom half!
Wow! I’d probably test it out with carrot cake and buffalo chicken dip (two household favorites)… I’d have to make use of both!
I am in desperate need of a new stove/oven! I love my mom’s homemade bread and she just taught me how to make it so that is definitely the first thing I would make. I’d love to try out that proofing feature – sounds cool!
I would make a cake!!!
What a sweet giveaway… you know, I think I’d give this stove to my Mom cause she needs a new one and I bet she’d make a pie in it first.
I would probably cook some Ramen Noodles. Just because I won a free oven doesn’t make me any wealthier!
Baked ziti and cookies!!
What a great oven. I would make breadsticks in one and ziti in the other.
OMG! Our Thursday family dinner would be a beautiful potato and spinach galette in one oven and a caramelized apple galette for dessert. A double oven would be wonderful
Oh gosh – I would host Thanksgiving dinner for the first time and cook up a mean turkey, green bean casserole, pies, stuffing, mmmm……
🙂
Thanks for the opportunity!
