I love grilled veggies. I buy seasonal stuff at the farmers market so it’s super fresh and hubby throws it on the grill! My current fave is asparagus. Easy, delicious, and healthy!
I would have to say that watermelon is my favorite “light” summer treat. I crave it in the winter months.
I love to mix up a salad of watermelon, feta and basil with a light balsamic vinaigrette! Perfectly light in the summer!

Favorite light treat…hmmm…probably italian ice or and orange smoothie.
I love any kind of salad in the Summer. They’re light, cool and refreshing… and I don’t have to heat up the kitchen cooking. I especially like them topped with grilled chicken or grilled veggies.
