You take 2 graham crackers, put pb on each side and then a big spoonful of Cool Whip. Put in the freezer and they come out like ice cream sandwiches!!!

I love smoothies made with fresh/frozen fruit and spinach. Nothing like cooling you down when the heat and humidity are high.

When we have an abundance of tomatoes,I peel and quarter them and then pour light italian dressing over them and chill and eat,I just keep adding more tomatoes as we empty the bowl, makes for a great light meal or snack, very yummy

a Light treat I enjoy is simple, a sliced cucumber with a little salt and vinegar sprinkled on it!

A light treat in summer for me is berries with greek yogurt and a little honey. It tastes sinful but is so good.

My favorite light summer treat is probably berry trifle. I use FF cool whip and a little cream cheese for the creamy filling, along with angel food cake (sometimes soaked in creme de cassis), and lots of fresh berries. Yum!
