MAN! I don’t have a twitter account. It’s just one of those things that I’ve had to say NO to over and over cause I’m trying to be less plugged in. If you can somehow do a non-twitter entry along with the other entries, I’ll friend them on facebook?!?!!?

I’d love to be able to give this to my husband for his birthday. I’d love to try the smoked sausage recipe but I know he’d do the cornish game hens first. YUM!

    Smali69 here-
Lamb is one of my favorite foods now that I’ve discovered Indian cuisine. So the smoked leg of lamb would be my first venture. I failed pretty miserably when I tried to roast one so I would hope that smoking one is more idiot proof!
