Mandatory entry
My favorite Italian meal is when I make my homemade spaghetti and meatballs, makes a huge pot so we always invite lots of people over. My homemade Italian Beer Bread is served with it, with dipping oils. For desert I serve mini Sicilian Orange cakes…oh man..yum.

I LOVE Italian food but my favorite Italian meal is one that is made with lots of fresh herbs and LOTS of garlic. I love shrimp florentine with tomatoes over angel hair pasta

I nannied for a beautiful Italian family for 3 years and my favorite dish they would have was their great aunt’s lentil soup. Followed by some homemade gelato. Mmmmm.
I guess it depends on the day (I’m always up for Italain!) but today I’m thinking spaghetti with a hearty meat sauce and some alfredo sauce on the side.
