Okay, I don’t think I have a favorite in any particular meal including Italian. My problem is I like almost everything! But, I do like to take boneless, skinless chicken breasts; marinate them overnight in Italian dressing; fry in olive oil till done; keep warm while adding to pan onions and green peppers till soft and tranclucent, then add Italian style tomatoes, basil, oregano, garlic, etc. Serve on top of chicken and spinkle with parmesan. I dont’ have a name for it. I just like it!
