I love making no bake cookies before it gets cold and bread when it’s good and cold outside.
a special treat is homemade cookies or cupcakes!
I love to make up a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (with craisins & pecans added to the dough), scoop them onto a parchemnt lined baking sheet, freeze them (uncovered), and when frozen completely, dump them into a freezer bag, then keep them frozen so that I can bake them-fresh daily as needed for after school or anytime snacks. This is especially great in cooler/cold weather.
