First thing I’d make? Hmmmm…I’m not sure. My kitchen-aid is something I don’t use super often (I’m not a cookie person), but if I don’t need it, I sure miss it. It’s invaluable to have around. I just made some pumpkin bread yesterday, and it’s on my mind, so maybe just another batch of that.
A birthday cake! My roommate’s birthday is next weekend 🙂

I have been dreaming of a KitchenAid mixer since our wedding day. Then we moved into a house and the need/want grew exponentially!
Considering the time of year, I would make Spiced Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies. I wish I could say these were my own creation, but they are stolen from another fabulous blog. But they are DELICIOUS and a fall/festive staple in our home. *They are also kinda healthy too if people are into that kind of thing…
