The first thing I will make in a new Kitchen Aid is whole wheat bread. The second thing will be soft pretzels and the third thing will be pumpkin bread. I want to do more bulk baking so a larger Kitchen Aid with a stronger motor is ideal.

    Thanks for the contest. 🙂

I would LOVE to win this. I received my first KitchenAid mixer for my high school graduation (I know! Cook much?) and that was 17 years ago!!! It’s still going strong, but I’d love to have the new bowl with a handle and all the power! I’d make some killer foccacia and pizza dough!!!

I think a good homemade pound cake. I been wanting to try some different ones. It takes a good mixer to make the batter and that new mixer would certainly do the job. Its a beauty.

Cookies although I might buy the meat grinder attachment and grind up some chicken. I LOVE chicken burgers that aren’t breaded and can’t find them where I live. I’ve ground up chicken in a processor but it was a mess.

  19. Carissa

Cinnamon rolls! My current Kitchenaid is too small and the dough always creeps up the bread hook. I need more room!

I have nothing specfic other then alot of cakes, and cookies from recipes on Picky Palate of course…actually love your stuff.
