Hmm, There are so many things running through my mind that I would make but probabl the first thing would be the Double Chocolate Pumpkin Cake with Spiced Pumpkin Buttercream. I actually have the recipe on my fridge! Thanks for giving us the chance to win!
The first thing I will make is the yummy cinnamon roll pumpkin vanilla sheet cake you posted. I shared it with all my friends. Though I have to confess I am making on this weekend but I will make another if I win.. 🙂

I would make christmas cookies. Since I give out cookies as presents, I need to sometimes make multiple batches. If I win, I’ll only have to make one batch!
I would make homemade marshmallows….. followed by homemade graham crackers!!!!

I would bake cupcakes with choolate flakes in the batter – then cup out the middle and fill it with thiss raspberry whip cream like filling topped with chocolate ganache, finished up with cream cheese icing garnished with a raspberry…mmm
I live with three girls, and we’ve taken on the challenge of making epic birthday cakes for each other. If I won this mixer I would be kicking out some monster birthday cakes! They’re right at the end of this month too! Also, my other girl friend and I are starting a small at home bakery so this would be a tremendous help!!
The very first thing I would make with this mixer would be homemade bread. YUM! I would love to have a mixer like this. Baking is one of my most favorite things.
I would make toll house chocolate chip cookies! By the time I go to put in the end of the flour I can barely stir it and need my husbands help. I’d have a new husband in the kitchen if I had a Kitchen Aid Mixer 😉
