First I would be in 7th heaven as I have always wanted one of these and am yet to get one since moving to the US!
Now after picking myself up off the floor I would make….NOW that is a GOOD Question. I think I would celebrate and make one of my mum’s cakes. Not sure which one but I think making something/anything of hers would be THE BEST way to start using it. Can you tell I miss her? 🙂

OH, my gosh….
The first thing I would make would be my famous, loaded, chocolate chip, oatmeal,walnut cookies !! My hand is not as strong as it used to be, nor my arm..and mixing that batter is really hard, by hand..so I have not made then for a long time.. that would be the most wonderful helping hand to have.. I would LOVE it !..oh, and Black would be my choice. How exciting !
I would get a head start on my holiday baking! Cookie dough in the freezer…!

I am totally in the mood to make dozens and dozens of “Molasses Crinkles” cookies just like my Mom used to make for us when we were little kids! Only my right arm always gives out from all that stirring! The first thing I would make with my new Kitchenaid mixer are those “Molasses Crinkles!” And I would give them all away to people who have never tasted them! (After I eat a dozen myself!)
