My first thing to make would be chocolate chip cookies! I want one of these mixers so bad but I just cannot afford it. I mix my batter by hand and it has become very difficult due to carpal tunnel and nerve damage.

Pumpkin Spica cake with Pumpkin Buttercream icing. I got the inspiration from your chocolate pumpins loafs with pumpkin buttercream, but my husband is allergic to chocolate so I altered it and made it with spice cake mix instead. It is delicious!

The first thing I will do with my new KitchenAid is take it out of the box and just stare at it. And take photos of it against a soft backdrop and upload the pics on to folder on Facebook called ‘Love of my life’ and publish it to make all my friends jealous. 😉 True story.
Wow this new mixer is awesome! Thw first batch of goodness i would make would be a double batch of straight up chocolate chip cookies. usually doubling the recipe when i bake is what i like to do, then i can share the love.
