I would make a triple batch of pumpkin bread! My kids eat it every day and my old mixer can’t handle more than one batch at a time.

The very first thing I would make in that beautiful Kitchen-Aid is a 7 grain bread from America’s Test Kitchen that my wanna be mixer just can’t handle any more. If I don’t stand right there with it the mixer would move right off the counter& the motor sounds like it’s dying. I have wanted a Kitchen-Aid since I started cooking more than 25 years ago. My big dream. Thanks for the chance

There is a bakery in downtown Seattle – Macrina – that has the best olivetta loaf ever. The owner published a cookbook a few years back and I always stare at the recipes but am so hesitant to try them because I do not do well with yeast! With a stand mixer, I would be able to tackle my fear and bake up that amazing loaf! Plus, I can get an ice cream attachment. Who doesn’t want that?
