I’m looking forward to making cakes! I make one for everyone at work on their birthday, and November and December are full of them, including my husband’s 44th 🙂
And of course pies for Thanksiving – butter pecan pumpkin, good old fashioned pumpkin and good old fashioned pecan pie :). I’m a purist at heart.
And also, making several batches of Christmas cookies. I do it every year as our Christmas gift to others, not to mention cake pops.

8 1/2 pounds of mashed potatoes.
It kind of makes me want to make mashed potatoes just to see how much it can really hold! But honestly, I would make some pumpkin muffins that I have been dying to get at!!
Since it’s right before Christmas, it would have to be your sugar cookie recipe, of course. Once you posted that recipe, my kids won’t let me make any other kind of sugar cookie.

The first thing I would make is my famous chocolate-stout cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Some will be shipped to my college siblings, some shipped to my working man away on business, and many will be passed out around my hometown. Can’t make enough cupcakes!
The mixer is beautiful!! I will be making what my husband likes to call “wedding donuts”… which are really wedding cookies. They are his absolute favorite treat! Thanks so much for the opportunity!
