A huge batch of cheesy mashed potatoes to sell at my children’s school farm fundraiser. My 4 1/2 qt mixer is never big enough and I end up with mashed potatoes all over my cabinets! 🙂

Cupcakes! I love cupcakes and that would have to be the first thing I make. This is just amazing. I have always wanted to get one of the bigger sizes and just have never had the money or figured out where to purchase one.
Oooohhh….. With this new beauty I think I’d have to bake my way through all my favorite blogs! My children are on a GF diet, and I find a stand mixer to be vital to many GF baked goods. And my 15-year-old mixer is starting to show the strain.
I think I’d start with a batch of bread for my daughters. It’d be nice to have a mixer with the capacity to NOT have the dough trying to crawl up out of the bowl.
I’ve got the pasta attachments, and would love to make homemade noodles!

Oh my goodness it would have to be bread! I make bread every Monday for the family and I do it by hand! I hear that kitchen aids really help.
