I would make the most delicious cake I’ve ever seen. Probably along the lines of a carrot pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. A mandatory 3 or 4 layers.

The first thing I would make with my brand new KitchenAid mixer is. . .Large batches of holiday cookies! 😀 Such as sugar cookies, gingerbread people, and chocolate crinkles!

Ooh, it comes with a dough hook, so I would make a big old batch of pizza dough and make a couple pizzas! My favorite pizza is a pesto base with chicken, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, spinach, and feta. Dreaming of it now!

I would make a French Silk Pie. It requires continuous beating after each egg so my mixer is working for 25 minutes straight. It is now 26 years old and each time I pray, ‘come on old girl, let’s make it through this pie just one more time.’
