Great BIG chocolate chip cookies with lots of nuts, oatmeal and M&M’s and everything else loose in my kitchen!! This dough is stiff and hard to mix and you really need a Kitchen-Aid to handle it and since I just had my 62nd birthday – my chances of getting one are running out!! 🙂

I am getting ready to make healthy pumpkin bars, using real pumpkin. I love Autumn; it sets me to thoughts of baking and filling not only our “comfort food craving” bellies, but the house with delicious scents! No artificial foods, or artificial scents. If I were to win this gorgeous kitchen appliance, I would be in heaven!
