I baked French sponge cake with chocolate frosting for my little art students as their snack after they completed their art project. I baked the cakes with my bug-shaped Nordic bakeware. It was a big hit with the kids and their parents. I would love to have the tea cake and candy Nordicware. April 9th is my 60th birthday; so, I will cross my fingers that I will win the Nordic ware tea cake and candy mold. Looking forward to win!!! Isabelle

Hello! The last thing I baked was homemade Hostess-type cupcakes with a marshmallow filling, chocolate glaze and I even added the white swirl on top! They were so delicious!! We gobbled them up quickly!
