Hmmm, favorite pork recipe??? All of them! Bacon is a gift from above! Love me some ribs! Oooooh and carnitas burrito bowl … YUM! 🙂
My favorite pork recipe is these wonderful pork chops only my mom can make. They take ALL day to cook and they have this yummy rich thick decadent homemade gravy that they cook in too. They are amazing and she only ever made them on special occasions. Now both her and I have very different dietary requirements and we probably can’t eat them anymore but they are wonderful. It’s been years since I’ve had them but I still think about them! I’m afraid to get the recipe from her because I think only she can make them as good as I remember them and I don’t want to ruin them.
I love to cook pork tenderloing and turn it into BBQ!
