I love this coconut cake made with cream de coconut. A friend brought it to a 4th of July picnic all made up with blueberries and strawberries done up like the American flag. It was YUMMY!!!!
Love all kinds of cake, but I’m not a fan of traditional frosting. 🙂 I would rather drizzle with caramel or a fruit sauce.

Dark chocolate cake with my mom’s frosting. As a kid we called it sticky white frosting. It is sooooooo yummy!!!
Wow….my favorite cake is called “Maple Nut Chiffon”. It is a handed down recipe.I have never seen it in any cookbooks or anywhere else for that matter. Yummmmmy!!!
