My very favorite cake is a 3 layer densely chocolate cake with a mocha filling and chocolate ganache icing. Richly decadent, highly caloric and possibly the best thing for a chocolate craving.

Oh my goodness. I can’t pick just one! I love cheesecake but for regular cake, chocolate with cream cheese icing.
My all time favorite kind of cake is Germans’ Chocolate Cake with the coconut pecan frosting and a scoop of homemade vanilla bean ice cream – also really good with coconut milk vanilla ice cream. YUM!
