That’s tough, but I think it would have to be Double Chocolate Layer Cake from epicurious.com with chocolate cream cheese icing and bittersweet chocolate ganache … maybe some chocolate covered strawberries. 🙂

I love white cakes… with fun fillings and frostings. yum yum!
Love cake! Right now my favorite is Trois Chocolats: thin layer of chocolate cake topped with a layer each of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousse with a chocolate ganache on top. Yum! 🙂
