I love Red Velvet cake!
I like sooo many— coconut cake, oatmeal with broiled coconut icing. Carrot cake with coconut , raisins and pineapple topped with cream cheese icing, german chocolate, Italian Creme, any kind of chocolate with ganache and/or white buttercream frosting. Gosh I need to stop there are so many I can’t name them all. It would be easier to say what I don’t like which is Angel food or what my grandpa used to call “shot gun wadding” and any cake without frosting.
I love a moist chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, but I’m always up for something new!
