As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

Leftover Creamy Chicken Spagetti Casserole by Ree which I made last night! We are 2 adults and 2 toddlers in our family and everyone loves it. It makes a lot so we get to eat it 2 days in a row!
Chicken pesto and roasted red bell pepper calzones…using Ree’s pizza dough of course!
Since today’s forecast is for mid 60 degrees, I will be making bbq chicken (on the grill) and rice with vegetables.

I love her Corn and Cheese Chowder. I made it a couple weeks ago for the first time and then I’ve made it once a week since. It’s soooo easy and so comforting. It’s ‘knock your socks off’ good!
