As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

I’m supposed to make a crockpot chicken recipe that my husband, of all people, found on the internet and emailed to me. 🙂 I’d better get busy!
Tonight for dinner is clean out the refrigerator from the week-end night. SO, we are having some tuna-noodle casserole, some steak that I made for sandwiches, and some leftover pizza. Not bad.
Tonight we’re having grilled chicken Caesar salads.
We are having Nachos tonight!
Since it’s getting cooler this week I decided to make Chicken Pot Pie and yeast rolls with Rice Pudding for dessert. Of course there will be strong coffee and ice tea to drink. This should make it warm & cozy in here today.
I am making turkey cutlets stuffed with feta cheese and spinach!
