As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

We’re having leftover lasagna and tossed salad with Oreo Ice Cream dessert.
Pork roast, baked potatoes, and veggie mix.
Making homemade veggie pizza tonight. Yum

We are going to have chicken & cheese enchiladas. I will be using leftover chicken.
It’s already made! Roasted cauliflower and fennel soup with dill and parsnips. Yum!
We will be having steak and green pepper stir fry.
I am putting some pork chops on the grill. I’m serving them with rice and beans.
We had so much food over the weekend, that tonight will be leftovers.
Breakfast for dinner, my kids favorite! 🙂

Cheesy chicken enchiladas for dinner tonight. But I just made Ree’s meatballs and mashed potatoes a few weeks ago. They are our favorite recipe from the old cookbook and I can’t wait to pick out some favorite’s from the new book!

Tonight leftovers but I do have Ree’s Pesto Pizza (online or in her 1st cookbook) on the menu this week. This pizza is fabulous! My husband could eat it weekly.

Tonight we will be having fresh salmon cooked in olive oil and lemon sauce and mixed steamed veggies witth a touch of butter and seasoning.

I’m just decided that right now, either throwing something in the crock pot or baking some chicken.
