As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

I’m making chicken enchiladas for dinner tonight…but now I have malted milk cookies on the brain. Yummy!!
Tonight I am cooking “leftovers.”
We are having leftovers tonight- boring but so easy!
Tonight is Boy Scouts so dinner is a simple quiche fulla veggies.
We are cooking buffalo wings and Ree’s French fries!
Hotdogs and spaghetti for the grandkids.

I am at that very dangerous time where you are down to bare-essentails because its been a while since you’ve been to the grocery store so I think we will have tuna casserole. (With no cheese! Yikes, hope my kids will eat it!)
