As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

We are having sweet and sour chicken with pork potstickers. Home made!!
I’m hoping we’ll grill the steak we were going to have last night. It poured all day yesterday and today we woke up to snow! We’ll have Ree’s smashed potatoes and asparagus too.
Ohmigosh…I don’t even know! Guess I better get on that!
I’m making blackened tilapia tacos with rice tonight.
Tonight I’m making Hungry Jack casserole. It’s got all the “b’s” : burger, beans, brwon sugar, and topped with biscuits! I’ll make plenty show let me know if you can join us..
Tonight is a super busy night so we’re going the easy route – a green salad & pasta. Might be boring, but it sure is tasty!
So far the plan is to have stuffed chicken breasts over rice.
I’m working tonight so the husband has to fend for himself… I’ll just take some snacks along with me to munch during my shift (fresh fruit and a bagel with peanut butter and jelly)!

Tonight? I am having leftover gnocchi in a roasted red pepper alfredo sauce. Not making anything new because I am at work until 8pm!
Its beautiful in the midwest today, so I’m grilling burgers for dinner! Mmmm!
We’re having taco salad, with Ree’s salsa! I make a big batch of it every 2 weeks, it’s awesome!

Grilled balsamic chicken, brussel sprouts with caramelized onions and bacon, and spinach salad with feta, strawberries, and walnuts!
Looks like sandwiches at our casa tonight! Or maybe baked potatoes….
