As I was deciding what recipe to make from Ree’s new book, my eyes were quickly drawn to her Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love a good thin crispy cookie so I knew this was the recipe for me!

Ok, back to the cookies 🙂 These cookies took no time at all to whip up. The dough was absolutely delicious! Yes, those are my PJ’s in the reflection of my KitchenAid, lol!
I was so excited to get these babies in the oven!

Tonight for dinner we had chicken burgers with salad and sweetcorn fritters (nom nom nom) all homemade of course.
No cooking – probably leftover vegetable pasta.
Dinner tonight is grilled chicken breasts, braised cabbage, roasted red skinned potatoes. We are halfway through month three of our 90 day “lifestyle overhaul” in my house. Tonight is one of the more boring nights of eating. haha But I must say, re-thinking the way we’ve been eating has done wonders for the way my yoga pants fit!! 80% good, clean, healthy foods and 20% fun, sinful yumminess like the stuff in this here cookbook! Thanks for the chance to win it!!
